General Shipping Information
Your item(s) will be shipped within 2 business days (3 if ordered on a weekend or holiday).
Orders $20.00 or above will be shipped USPS Priority mail.
Orders under $20.00 will be shipped USPS First Class mail.
Return and Exchange
If the product is received in damaged condition, item will be replaced with another item in the same price range.

If you are not completely satisfied with your Bonnie’s Bead purchase, you can return the purchase in the original package within 30 days and your credit card or Paypal will be refunded as soon as we receive the package. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
